Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified therapists, licensed professional counselors (LPCs), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs), licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) and psychologists to provide online counseling and psychotherapy services throughout the United States.

This position is ideal for mental health professionals who value flexibility, work-life balance and the opportunity to build a successful telehealth practice. You will support clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, relationship and psychological concerns through secure virtual consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a therapist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW or psychologist in United States, you will:

• Conduct mental health assessments and intake evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples and family therapy sessions online.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship concerns and life transitions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to your training and specialization.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required.
• Deliver ethical, culturally responsive and client-centered care.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health or a related field.
• Active LPC, LMFT, LCSW, psychologist or therapist license or equivalent professional credential valid within the United States.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
