Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified therapists, LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs and psychologists in Illinois to provide online counseling and psychotherapy services through our secure telehealth platform. You will support clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral and psychological concerns while helping them develop healthier coping strategies and improve overall wellbeing. Whether your expertise lies in individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, trauma recovery, behavioral health or clinical psychotherapy, this role offers the flexibility to build a successful online practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As a therapist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW or psychologist in Illinois, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and intake evaluations.
• Provide virtual therapy and counseling sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, burnout, relationship concerns and life transitions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to your training.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver ethical, culturally responsive and client-centered care.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health or a related field.
• Active LPC, LMFT, LCSW, psychologist license, therapist license or equivalent credential valid within Illinois.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
