Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified Telehealth Therapists, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide virtual mental health services through our secure platform.

This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, family concerns, grief, burnout and other emotional challenges. Whether you specialize in individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy or behavioral health support, this position allows you to deliver meaningful care while maintaining flexibility and professional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Telehealth Mental Health Professional, you will:

• Conduct virtual assessments and intake evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples and family therapy sessions via secure video consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship issues and life transitions.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Ensure ethical, professional and culturally responsive care standards.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health or a related field.
• Active professional license such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Therapist or equivalent credential recognized within their jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy techniques.
• Experience providing telehealth or virtual therapy services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional workspace suitable for online consultations.
