Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide virtual counseling services through our secure telehealth platform.

In this role, you will support individuals facing emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges while helping them develop healthier coping skills, improve resilience and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

As an LPC, you will:

• Conduct mental health assessments and intake evaluations.
• Provide individual counseling sessions through secure online consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, self-esteem concerns and life transitions.
• Apply evidence-based counseling approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver ethical, culturally responsive and client-centered care.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, mental health counseling, social work or a related field.
• Active LPC license or equivalent professional counseling credential recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of counseling or clinical experience.
• Strong communication, assessment and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling interventions.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
