Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide virtual therapy services through our secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples and families facing a variety of relationship, emotional and mental health concerns. You will help clients navigate communication difficulties, family conflicts, relationship stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression and other personal challenges. This position is ideal for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to provide accessible care through online therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

As an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples and families.
• Provide therapy sessions through secure online consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Support clients experiencing relationship difficulties, family conflicts, communication challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and life transitions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as EFT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Gottman Method interventions.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust therapeutic strategies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver ethical, culturally responsive and client-centered care.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
• Active LMFT license or equivalent professional credential recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
• Strong relationship counseling and family therapy skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
