Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified Psychiatrists to provide psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication management and ongoing treatment for patients accessing care through insurance-supported programs and mental health benefits.

You will work with adults, adolescents or specialized populations based on your expertise while providing evidence-based psychiatric care through secure telehealth consultations. This role is ideal for Psychiatrists who want to expand their patient base while maintaining flexibility and professional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Psychiatrist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications when clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct medication reviews and follow-up consultations.
• Support patients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders and stress-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, counselors and healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-based psychiatric care through secure telehealth consultations.
• Adhere to professional, ethical, insurance and regulatory standards applicable within your jurisdiction.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, DO or equivalent).
• Completed residency, specialization or postgraduate training in Psychiatry.
• Active Psychiatrist license, registration, certification or equivalent credential recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical psychiatric experience.
• Experience working with insured patients, managed care systems, healthcare networks or behavioral health programs is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment and medication management skills.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
