Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and motivated private practice therapists to provide virtual therapy services through our secure telehealth platform. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who already have private practice experience or those looking to establish and grow an independent practice while benefiting from consistent client referrals and operational support.

You will work with clients facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, relationship and mental health challenges while helping them achieve meaningful personal growth and improved well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

As a private practice therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapy assessments and intake consultations.
• Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions through secure online consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship concerns and life transitions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and professional clinical documentation.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and maintain high standards of client care.
• Deliver ethical, inclusive and client-centered services.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage & family therapy, mental health or a related field.
• Active professional license, registration, certification, accreditation or membership recognized within their jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical or counseling experience.
• Experience in private practice, independent counseling or outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
