Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified Online Psychiatrists to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management and follow-up consultations through our secure telepsychiatry platform.

You will work with patients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, sleep disorders, stress-related conditions and other mental health concerns. This role is ideal for Psychiatrists who value flexibility, professional autonomy and the ability to deliver care through innovative telehealth technology.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Psychiatrist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through secure video consultations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications where clinically appropriate.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct medication reviews and follow-up appointments.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust interventions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, counselors and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
• Deliver ethical, evidence-based psychiatric care through telehealth services.
• Adhere to professional, legal and regulatory requirements within your jurisdiction.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, DO or equivalent).
• Completed residency, specialization or postgraduate training in Psychiatry.
• Active Psychiatrist license, registration or certification recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical psychiatric experience.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment and medication management skills.
• Experience providing telepsychiatry or virtual healthcare services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
