Role Overview:

As a Behavioral Health Therapist at TherapyMantra, you will provide virtual therapy and counseling services to clients experiencing a wide range of behavioral, emotional and psychological concerns. You will work closely with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, emotional regulation difficulties and other behavioral health concerns. This role offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through accessible online mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct behavioral and mental health assessments.
• Provide individual therapy sessions through secure video consultations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges and behavioral concerns.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver ethical, culturally sensitive and client-centered care.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Active professional license, registration, certification or accreditation recognized within their jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
