Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified Psychiatrists to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning and follow-up consultations through our secure telepsychiatry platform.

You will work with patients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, stress-related conditions and other mental health concerns. This role is ideal for Psychiatrists who value flexibility, professional autonomy and the opportunity to deliver evidence-based care through telehealth.

Key Resposibilities:

As a Telepsychiatrist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations through video consultations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications where clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct medication reviews and follow-up consultations.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, counselors and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-based psychiatric care through secure telehealth consultations.
• Adhere to professional, ethical and regulatory standards applicable within your jurisdiction.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, DO or equivalent).
• Completed residency, specialization or postgraduate training in Psychiatry.
• Active Psychiatrist license, registration, certification or equivalent professional credential recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical psychiatric experience.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and medication management skills.
• Experience providing telepsychiatry or virtual healthcare services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
