Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is currently seeking qualified Remote Psychiatrists to provide psychiatric consultations, diagnosis, medication management and ongoing mental health treatment through our secure telepsychiatry platform.

You will work with patients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, stress-related conditions, sleep disorders and other psychiatric conditions. This role is ideal for Psychiatrists seeking a flexible, location-independent career while maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Psychiatrist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications where clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct follow-up consultations and medication reviews.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, counselors and other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through telehealth consultations.
• Adhere to professional, legal and ethical standards applicable within your jurisdiction.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, DO or equivalent).
• Completed residency, specialization or postgraduate training in Psychiatry.
• Active Psychiatrist license, registration, certification or equivalent credential recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical psychiatric experience.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment and medication management skills.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Experience providing telepsychiatry services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
