Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is currently seeking qualified Adult Psychiatrists to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management and follow-up consultations through our secure telehealth platform.

You will work with adult patients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, sleep disorders, stress-related conditions and other psychiatric concerns. This role is ideal for psychiatrists who value flexibility, professional autonomy and the opportunity to expand their clinical reach through virtual care.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Adult Psychiatrist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of adult mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications where clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct follow-up consultations and medication reviews.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions as required.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, counselors and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through secure telehealth consultations.
• Adhere to professional, ethical and regulatory standards applicable within your jurisdiction.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, DO or equivalent).
• Completed specialization, residency or postgraduate training in Psychiatry.
• Active Psychiatrist license, registration, certification or equivalent professional credential recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical psychiatric experience.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and medication management skills.
• Experience treating adult mental health conditions.
• Experience providing telepsychiatry services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
