Role Overview:

We are seeking qualified Therapists, LPCs, LMFTs and LCSWs to provide online counseling and psychotherapy services through our secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples and families experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, behavioral and relationship challenges. This opportunity is ideal for licensed mental health professionals who value flexibility, autonomy and the ability to make a meaningful impact through virtual care.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Therapist, LPC, LMFT or LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and intake evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples, family or group therapy sessions through secure video consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship concerns and life transitions.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to your professional training and specialization.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver ethical, culturally responsive and client-centered care.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage & family therapy, mental health or a related field.
• Active professional license or credential such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, licensed therapist or equivalent recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical or counseling experience.
• Strong communication, assessment and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy approaches.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
