Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking qualified Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide virtual counseling and psychotherapy services through our secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, workplace challenges and other mental health conditions. This position is ideal for social work professionals who value flexibility, professional autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through accessible online care.

Key Responsibilities:

As an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations.
• Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions through secure video consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, burnout and relationship difficulties.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches and social work interventions.
• Assist clients in developing coping skills, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
• Deliver ethical, culturally responsive and client-centered care.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent qualification.
• Active LCSW license or equivalent clinical social work credential recognized within the applicant’s jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, counseling and case management skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and mental health concerns.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
