Role Overview:

TherapyMantra is currently seeking qualified clinical psychologists to provide virtual psychological services through our secure telehealth platform. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related conditions, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, emotional challenges and other psychological concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

As a clinical psychologist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Diagnose and formulate treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness based interventions.
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, burnout, relationship challenges and emotional difficulties.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Administer and interpret psychological assessments where applicable.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists and other healthcare professionals when required.
• Deliver ethical, culturally sensitive and client-centered psychological care.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree, M.Phil., PsyD, PhD or equivalent qualification in Clinical Psychology.
• Active professional registration, licensure, certification or accreditation recognized within their jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience.
• Strong psychological assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and therapeutic relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions.
• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
